Immediately I thought of the worst. As if Chris could read my mind, he said, "No, Justin isn't cheating on you. But I'm not allowed to tell you."
"Fine! Don't tell me!!!" I laughed.
Right then, I really didn't care anymore. If Justin wanted to keep secrets from me, then he could go ahead and keep all the secrets he wanted. He didn't have to tell me. I was getting kinda pissed. Just then Justin walked in. When he saw, a look of terror swept across his face. He bolted out the door again. Chris ran outside too. I faintly heard them talking.
"Chris! Why did you let her wake up?! I told you to keep Jess sleeping as long as you could," Justin said.
I got mad. I couldn't believe he gave Chris instructions to keep me sleeping. There had to be some kind of explanation.
"Now my whole plan is ruined!" he shouted.
Suddenly, I felt like kicking myself. I had jumped to the wrong conclusions, and thought Justin was cheating on me or something. But the sincerity in his voice made me think that he had planned something for me. I went back up to my room and shut the door. I got dressed in a simple sundress and a pair of criss-cross platforms.
I walked back downstairs to find him sitting at the table breathless.
"Hey sweetie," he said getting up.
"Hey Just.," I said lightly kissing his lips.
"Jessica…you're not mad at me are you?" he breathed. "Ok…I had this whole surprise planned out for you and I needed you to sleep until, like 10:30. I'm not sneaking off or anything without telling you or anything."
"Ok…" I breathed a sign of relief.
"I would never," he said kissing my forehead.
Nothing else happened that day until around 4:30. I had to get ready for this Jive dinner party. I went and got my hair and makeup done, and then got dressed. As I walked down the steps, I noticed Justin standing at the bottom waiting for me. A smitten look swept across his face.
"Damn!" he muttered under his breath. "Jessica, you look…gorgeous." He said kissing my lips.
We took the limo and arrived at the hotel that the party was at. I was seated at the table next to Justin. I was surprised at this because I would've thought that they had arranged for Justin to sit next to everyone in the group. Well, he technically was, but I didn't think that I would be sitting next to him. He noticed my bewilderment.
"I made arrangements," he laughed.
I softly kissed his cheek. The party was really nice. After the party, when we got in the limo, Justin told the driver to put the radio on.
Suddenly, I heard the DJ say, "This is a song that was requested recently. A little feedback on this song: It was originally recorded by the legendary Bryan Adams, then by Brandy and now I hear it is in the process of being recorded by new-comer Jessica Marintino with her boyfriend, pop idol Justin Timberlake. And this is not going to be another Jessica Simpson/Nick Lachey duet. Sure, it has the same 'materials', but from what I heard, this one actually has depth. Ok, let's get to this request. It's from Randall to Amanda. Randall says "I'll always love you honey. No matter what."
"(Everything I Do) I Do It For You" came on and Justin held me and kissed me tenderly. Everything fell into place for me at that moment. I realized that this was the man I was destined to marry.

When I heard the song come on the radio, and I saw Jessica look at me with such sincerity, a calm rushed over me. I kissed her and suddenly, the strangest thing happened. Everything seemed to fall into place for me, and I suddenly realized that I was destined to marry this woman sitting next to me.
