Chapter 15: Is it Over Now?

Jackee and AJ were eating quietly, and even though the place held a lot of solitude, they still both wore hats, sunglasses, and wigs. Not just because they needed to hide but because they liked to dress up. Both were too into weird things to not like to dress up. They were soul mates, although neither knew it at the time…

"So Bill, what are we going to do after dinner?" Jackee asked AJ AKA "Bill".

"Well Vivian, I am not sure what do you want to do?" "Bill" (AJ) asked Jackee AKA Vivian.

They giggled at each other's names and 'Bill' (AJ) started to play footsie with her. He whispered, "I love you" and she mouthed it back, then unable to hold it off any longer they shared another passionate kiss. Even though they had been dating awhile it was still hard for them to keep their hands off each other.

"let's go." 'Bill' (AJ) announced.

"Okay!" 'Vivian' (Jax) agreed. They paid the bill and they raced outside. The looked over the deck to see a beautiful beach scene. It was quaint, just as the place they ate and as much as they loved it they had an unspoken conversation and concluded to leave.

"AJ you look so hot with that hair." Jackee joked at his afro wig.

"You know you look pretty good as a red head." He noticed.

"Sorry AJ, I refuse to dye my hair for you." She commented. They were having fun but both had fears in the back of their mind that traced back to an earlier conversation. She hoped that she could either get over it or have it lesson a bit. He hoped his "plan" would work or that she would get over it. Either way their were doubts that neither wanted to face. They didn't want it to be over. To prevent those feelings, they both were making sure and being extra sweet, extra sexy, to each other.

"come on Jax." AJ said leading her up to her bedroom in the house. She followed, not only because of the yearning inside her, but because of fear of losing him and having him forget her. She would give him something to remember, she decided. He was just afraid. So he held her, kissed her. Told her he loved her. Then their make out session expanded as she freely took off her shirt. He looked at her confused. She shut him up before he was able to question her aloud by passionately kissing him. Clothes quickly flew off in a heated rush. It was as if it was their last night together. A touch her, a touch there. Surges, ripples, and waves of passion ignited the flames surrounding them. In and out, in and out. They felt complete, they felt dizzy, they felt everything…

And then it was over. Waves of exhaustion fell where passion was and they fell asleep in each other's arms hoping for no regrets and no break ups.

Brian stayed at the mall for a few minutes, lost in his confusion and immediate pain. He didn't know what to do. He didn't know what to say. So he just left, like she did but he went to his empty house. Wishing to make it better, he contemplated things to say, things to do, reasons to let it go, anything to make her stay. Anything to make her not go…

He hated himself for needing someone that much, he hated himself for letting himself get hurt. He hated himself for falling in love. But there was nothing he could about that now, except wait…

Wait for a sign or just day, then try and contact her and see if she felt the same. If she did, he would wait some more. Give her some time, some room to grow. Then like the magical days they have already shared, their relationship would blossom and be like a fairy tale. It was a false hope, he knew. But he still kept thinking it until he feel asleep.

Emily chastised herself for leaving Brian at the mall. But she couldn't conceal her pain, hurt, and anguish. She ignored the noise from Jackee's room by turning up her Classical music and crying. Why did she hurt Brian because of her own insecurities? She asked herself but she already knew. Because she was being selfish, being mean, and being doubtful…

They weren't good reasons she knew but nobody she knew had not gone through something she was. She decided to wait it out. See if it stopped bugging her.

Her feelings for him had not died. Even now she wished for his comforting embrace, warm kisses, and tender smile. But that was part of the problem and she knew she couldn't ask him to stay and make her feel worse. This was something she would have to overcome.

Not just for herself but for him. For THEM. She was unsure how or why she felt like this, she knew she did though and sometimes you can't control your feelings. 'I am doing the right thing.' She convinced herself before beginning yet another round of sobs, but these cries brought sleep.
