 Born in 1960. She studied cello in Enschede under Roberta Dispa and Max Werner and continued her studies at the Musikhochschule Düsseldorf under Klaus Reichhart. She has held a permanent position with the Netherlands Symphony Orchestra since 1994 and performs in various diversely assembled chamber music and salon music ensembles. Together with Inge she performs De Hemelse Wedstrijd and in 1984 they recorded the cd Tango Clásico.
