That's me as a youngster (cca 1977) playing my first guitar (a jazz hollowbody I have installed a pickup on). The guitar didn't have the sound I wanted,
but it was easy to bend strings on. I have learned the songs with three
chords: The House of The Rising Sun (nearly
all the beginners played that in seventies here) and Beatles of course - first
with chords and singing and later I've been playing the melody on flute and guitar.

music magazine I've seen the photo of John
Fogerty in the same pose, but my photo has
been made well before...?

to get my skills together; listening to the radio and trying to hit the

and read them all to learn the secrets of the trade. I must say there were
almost no tablature books available then and even the staff material was hard to get...
