…* Thinks for a minute*… I think we can answer that one…*laughs*…Okay let us introduce you to him… “Sally and Simone probably present to you…The one…and only…MICHAEL TIERNEY…” *Crowd goes wild*.

FULL NAME: Michael John Tierney
But he is mostly known as just Mike – never Mick; as he can’t stand it (– just a hint for you who haven’t yet met the spunkster!! *lol*)

BORN:
Mike was born on Tuesday the 18th of January 1977 (the same day as the Grandville train crash), making him a Capricorn.

DESCRIPTION:
Mike is known as the shortie of the group – he is only 5’7” (168 cm) and weighs about 60 kg. He has hazel eyes, and was known for his shoulder length curly hair, but in mid 98 he wanted a change and cut them all off and now has short dark brown hair that is nicely spiked.

FAMILY & LOVE ONES:
As Mike is the baby in the group and he is also the youngster of the Tierney family and is still at the moment still living at home with his Mum- Wendy who is a Music teacher and Dad –James who is a customs officer. I’m sure by now that most of you will have realized that Michael is brother to band member Andrew; they also have an older sister named Margaret (Margie as Mike calls her) who has also had her share in the spot light - she was crowned 1995 Miss Australia and after playing Mary in the Wesley Mission’s- Australian Christmas; she has been now playing the role as Mary for over 9 years!
Is there someone special in Michael’s life, you ask? Well I’m afraid there is…Mike is currently seeing a VERY lucky girl called Andrea, who happens to be sister to Andrews wife-Heather…which means brothers are dating sisters!!!

MIKE’S BIT IN HUMAN NATURE:
Mike once was the boy soprano of the group, but now holds the most beautiful voice that melts many girls’ hearts (including ours!!! – hence the idea of the site *lol*), and he mostly takes lead in their songs. Mike also shares the song-writing task with brother Andrew!
