So how long has Autumn's Embrace been together?
JON: Some of us have been playing together for 3 years, now..but the current and final line-up has been together for 9 months or so. Ben-Guitar, Jason-Guitar, Jon-Vocals, Joel-Drums, James-Bass.
How would desrcibe Autumn's Embrace's sound?
JON:I guess we are a metal band.
What are your influences?
JON:Nile, Iron Maiden, 3rd eye blind, jimmy eat world, zao, extol, the dillinger escape plan, neurosis, living sacrifice, zao, slayer. jawbreaker, deftones, weezer, boy sets fire...lots of rock stuff.
Tell me about the upcoming debut cd,where was it recorded?
JON: slip shot studio's
how many tracks?
JON: 8
when will it be available?
JON:mid november
What are your live shows like?
JON:we try to make the live shows crazy and fun...we want people to get involved in the show...you don't pay money just to stand there and listen to a band, you can do that at home..you go to shows to interact
What are your future goals and plans for A.E.?
JON:play some shows..and have a good time doin it...see where that takes us.
