(Universal/Island)
This is C.C.Adcock's 1994 debut album(now sadly out of print), and it opens with 'Couchemal' that sounds like a swamp driven Duane Eddy. 'Beaux's Bounce' has a 50's rock'n'roll sound. Continuing in this vain is 'Cindy Lou'. 'What I Like (Womens)' is country influenced boogie-rock. 'Sally Sue Brown' is reminiscent of the early Chris Isaac country-pop recordings. 'Kissin' Kouzans' has cajun leanings, I suspects this boy is from Lafayette. 'I'm Just A Fool To Care' is slow drawling blues. 'Good' Lovi'' is all rockabilly. 'Do Right Lil' Lady' has a swamp rock sound and features a wow-wow guitar, that reminds me of The Guess Who's 'American Woman'. Adcock rounds off this great album with 'Done Most Everything', that is a country duet with Tommy McLain. C.C.Adcock is now resident in the Louisiana troup 'Band Of Gold'.
