BOZ SCAGGS Come One Home (Virgin) Boz is the smooth crooner that gave us Silk Degrees and Down Two Then Left; and he was also responsible for some great guitar licks on Steve Miller's first two albums. Boz is no stranger to the blues; check out his two first two solo albums (Atlantic), and his rendition of 'Loan Me A Dime'. 32 years later and he's back performing the blues. On Come On Home Boz is singing originals, plus the music Bobby Bland and Jimmy Reed made famous. Boz has matured and so has his style. Check out 'It All Went Down The Drain', 'Ask Me 'Bout Nothin' (But The Blues) and 'Early In The Morning'. These are not only fantastic renditions, the others are brilliant as well.
