“ When are you going to leave me again?” Nick asked in a small voice.
“ Nick don’t start this please I came in here to save our friendship not to fight” I said as Nick’s hands grabbed onto the rail of the bed. He yelled in pain as I looked at him scared. His knuckles turned white from holding onto the rail tightly as I pressed the nurse button on his remote control repeatidly. His eyes started to close as I shook him lightly.
“ Don’t you dare close you eyes Nick your not going to die on me!” I said as a few nurses ran into the room. I watched in horror as they tore open Nick’s hospital gown as Dr. Martinez ran in. A short nurse walked up to me and took me to the door.
“ Well let you know whats happening to your friend as soon as we find out” She said as she closed the door in my face. I ran to Kevin’s room and saw AJ and Howie in there talking while Kevin slept. I ran in as they both looked up at me.
“ Brian whats wrong?” AJ asked as I tried to catch my breath.
“ N…Nick…” I said as I grabbed at my throat trying to breath in the air that surrounded me but didn’t come.
“ Nick what?” Howie asked as I fell to my knees and gasped for breath. I saw mumbled words come from AJ’s mouth as my head collapse on the floor. Howie and AJ came toward me as my vision started to blur. I saw there mouths move as my world slowly started to go black.
