Britney Spears on it

CHRISTIAN: mm yeah i know (he sounds so nasal LMAO)
VALENTINE: aaaaaanyhow what are you guys up to?
CHRISTIAN: we just um we're just uh been shootin a video in Puerto
Rico
VALENTINE: oh oh Puerto Rico?
CHRISTIAN: for our new single "The Ghost of You and Me"
VALENTINE: ohhhawwww there's no video for that yet?
CHRISTIAN: no we just shot it ehh just finished yesterday
VALENTINE: really? [at the same time christian's like "yeah"] that is
awesome cos that is the song just started going up on the uh top 8 at
8 song number uh 6 today
CHRISTIAN: yeah? that's kewl now we've been gettin great news about
the song its its been number one phoned and the number one most
requested in LA and Boston and in our country so [a "yeah" from
Valentine lol] its good to know for early days (dunno what he meant
by that)
VALENTINE: i love it i personally think its the best one out of the
three that you released so far
CHRISTIAN: awoh well thank you very much
VALENTINE: uh you guys gettin ready to do uh to kick off your tour
pretty soon correct?
CHRISTIAN: yes that's right [breaths into the phone LMAO]
VALENTINE: going hooome to do that first right?
CHRISTIAN: ah yes we're we're ummmm with the *NSYNC tour
VALENTINE: right
CHRISTIAN: yeah yeah yeah its the 17th in Jacksonville [FL]we start
tha
VALENTINE: absolutely uhh and then your gonna be uh coming down here
to Pensacola [FL] which you'll be doing a show for us..at the
SpringFest in um in uh..Pensacola (is he repeating himself..or is it
just me)
CHRISTIAN: SpringFest![?] baby!!!
VALENTINE: yes that shows gonna be happenin uh May 19th which is a
Saturday night which by the way is before you guys uhhh go back with
the *NSYNC tour over in uhhh Jackson,MS.
CHRISTIAN: right so yeah its gonna be kewl. we're looking forward to
it and um yeah and we can't wait to get out there and play for all
them uh yeah people
VALENTINE: yeah now you know the *NSYNC show is gonna be some serious
competition for you guys to go up against
CHRISTIAN: well the thing is you know we we can't you know let's not
put ourselves in competition you know they've obviously been around
for that big explosions and dancin and brava(i think that's what he
said..brava?)
VALENTINE: so so when are you guys gonna start headlinin?
CHRISTIAN: when are we gonna start headlinin? well we did our first
headlinin tour last year.. in the states um it was you know [laughs]
a lot smaller than the *NSYNC one [Valentine:mhm] umm but that was
really fun it was sold out it was like you know playin 2000 people a
night 3000 people a night HOB tour sort of ehh but yeah hopefully you
know if this next single does well um and we've got enough fans you
know (HECK YEAH! LOL) we're we'll be doin another tour as we're
near
VALENTINE: yeah i'm sure it will do very well
CHRISTIAN: well thank you
VALENTINE: question for you since you guys are from uh from England
[Christian: yeaahhh?] uh the big phenomona in the US right now...The

CHRISTIAN: yes you ARE the weakest link g'b g'bye [Valentine's
laughing lol]
VALENTINE: you you ARE the weakest link..what do you guys think of
her?
CHRISTIAN: i dunno i've never seen it! [laughs] (Christian says
someting like "and i'm in America!" and then laughs i couldn't
understand cos Valentine was asking that~~~>[Valentine: you haven't

she eh she's been on um for a while but she's quite she seems quite
mean doesn't she you know?
VALENTINE: yeahhhhhh my god! [Christian goes: you are the weakest
link G'BYEEE] its like she's giving the British people a really bad
reputation [Christian: i know] or somethin
CHRISTIAN: i know its like you know people think we're tha- we're all
arrogant you know but we're not...we're nice people
VALENTINE: so so your not really like that right?
CHRISTIAN: no we have great teeth

CHRISTIAN: yeah dont take any notice of Austin Powers he's he was
full of it
VALENTINE: awoh that's great
CHRISTIAN: it's just make-up
VALENTINE: Austin Powers..what do you guys think of that?
CHRISTIAN: Austin Powers? great teeth
VALENTINE: yeah Fat Bastard?

VALENTINE: so here's a question for you with us being down here in
the Big South i had ah somebody who asked me a question and wants to
know what you guys think of Southern Belles especially since you
guys were on tour a lil bit there with Britney Spears
CHRISTIAN: what do we think of Southern Belles?
VALENTINE: yeah do you know what a Southern Belle is?
CHRISTIAN: like uh a southern girl?
VALENTINE: yeah there you go yeah he's got it goin on
CHRISTIAN: yeah you see got i'm goin on a bit..em
VALENTINE: but you've been around the country around the world what
do you think
CHRISTIAN: um definitely southern-- Southern Belles uh er definitely
um um worth ringin

VALENTINE: excellent so tell me about the video what's it gonna be
like?

really bad answer em the video ok its BBMak picture the scene BBMak
in Puerto Rico with 70...Puerto Rican...ladies
VALENTINE: oooo
CHRISTIAN: so ah i wont get to see which way but no its kewl its eh
well you know the song "The Ghost of You and Me" your gonna play the
song by the way aren't ya?
VALENTINE: yeah i'm gonna play it just a couple of seconds
CHRISTIAN: alright good guy
VALENTINE: yeah real cool
CHRISTIAN: emmm well the song the video umm is sort of like this you
see 70 girls all dressed in white and they follow us around the
island and we're like you know at different locations at the beach
and (i have NO idea what he says right here this is like the only
thing it might be like "bar or another")and even at the sets they
make 70 girls look like 700 girls you know where they do the special
effects and stuff
VALENTINE: excellent
CHRISTIAN: and ah no we shot it with Nigel Dick the guy who did ah
the last Backstreet em Backstreet Boys video which and has done most
of Britney's videos and he's a really great director and we had a
great treatment and eh it turned out i mean its not ready yet its
gettin everything now but i think its gonna be fantastic
VALENTINE: so basically its its smashing
CHRISTIAN: oh its smashing! we all look really smart (i think smart
there is supposed to be like sophisticated or like dressed really
nice *think of Christian in a suit and tie and Mark and Ste in a suit
with a nice shirt LoL maybe that's a lil too nice..* and eh
[Valentine: [laughs] excellent] TRL will debut the video in a few
weeks
VALENTINE: very cool so we'll be looking forward to that [Christian:
