Stevie Nicks' Plays From The Heart

Songstress Stevie Nicks has picked a few friends to join her for a concert benefitting the Arizona Heart Institute Foundation's cardiovascular disease research and education programs. Sheryl Crow, who produced some of the songs on Nicks' latest album, and longtime friend Don Henley are confirmed guests, with several "surprise" artists expected to join in. The event will be held at the America West Arena in Phoenix, December 6.

Tickets are available through Ticketmaster, with a select number of premium seats available at $1,000 a pop. Those willing to pay the price will be treated to a private post-concert party attended by Nicks.

Nicks has been a long-time supporter of the Heart Institute Foundation's efforts to eradicate heart disease.

Last year, the Arizona native presented a sold-out benefit concert for the Heart Institute Foundation, which included performances by Crow, Henley; Chris Isaak; and most interestingly - former lover and Fleetwood Mac bandmate Lindsay Buckingham.

This performance will be Nicks' first in her home state since the release of her latest album, Trouble In Shangri-la. Her lengthy amphitheatre tour supporting the album ended mid-October.
