Mr. Thompson has spent time at Mead High School, Meade Middle School, Prince Georges County Public Schools where he conducted the All County Middle School Honors Chorus at the John F. Kennedy Center for The Performing Arts in Washington D.C. Mr. Thompson was a soloist at the National Gallery of Art for "The Camerata Choir in Consortium". He also toured with the United Methodist Festival Choir in 1990 in the USSR, Estonia, Poland and Finland.
Some of Mr. Thompsons many roles include being the Director of Music at the Glen Burnie Methodist Church, playing the trumpet in the 25th Army Band out of Washington D.C. and teaching private piano lessons. Some of his students now attend The Peobody School of Music in Baltimore City.
