Sabine stood at the edge of the cliff. She saw the ocean waves crashing against the jagged rocks below. It was a very long way down. Her flowing white gown swept about her as a huge gust of warm air threatened to push her over the edge of the cliff. Her eyes burned and the tears she cried slid silently down her cheeks. Why had he betrayed her? The only man she had ever given her heart to. He had left her. Left her standing there at the altar, alone.

"Don't do it." A deep male voice said from behind her.

She didn't turn toward the voice her eyes still focused on the raging ocean. Just as she was about to jump, a strong hand clamped onto her arm and wouldn't let go.

"Sabine, that's not what you want." The man said gently, holding onto her tightly. He was afraid that if he let go, she would fall into the depths of the sea below them.

She pulled herself from his grasp and crouched into a little ball. She was in pain, so much pain it hurt to open her eyes. All she wanted to do was put an end to this terrible nightmare. Her body racked with sobs as she sat lifelessly on the ground.

Kevin reached underneath her and swept her up into his arms. Everyone was staring at them, at her. It was to be her wedding day. Her family and friends watched in silence. No one could have guessed what would take place that day. Her fiance, Martin, had simply not shown up for the wedding. Instead, he sent a messenger with a note:

My dearest Sabine. I know that this is a terrible time to tell you this but, it has to be done. I am leaving for Europe. I have fallen in love with someone else. You may have the house that was to be our home together. I will not be coming back. I hope that someday you will find it in your heart to forgive me.

                Yours,
Martin

After she had read it, her heart sank in her chest. He was her everything. Her soulmate or so she had thought. How was she to go on without him? That's when in her state of despair she ran to the cliff's edge. She had no desire to live without the man that she loved.

Kevin took her inside the inn. He laid her down on a nearby couch. How dare Martin do such a thing her? To this woman that Kevin had loved all of his life. He wanted to hunt him down and kill him dead on the spot.

*******

For the next several months Kevin had helped Sabine slowly get over the tragedy of losing Martin. He was her friend, her confidant, and she was beginning to let her guard down around him. They were sitting at the table at Kevin's house playing connect four. They often spent time together playing games and watching old movies on tv.

"Ha! I beat you. Look at that." She grinned, rubbing it in that she had won.

"No you didn't." Kevin argued, staring at the game carefully to make sure she was right.

"Right here, see?" She said, pointing out the row of four tokens lined up in a diagonal row.

"You cheated." Kevin teased, finally accepting his defeat.

"No way, Mister. I won fair and square." Sabine giggled, sticking her tongue out at him. She got up from the table and ran over to the couch. Grabbing up a pillow, she threw it at his head.

"Hey what's that for?" Kevin asked, picking the pillow up off the floor and throwing it at her.

"Cause I won and you can't handle it." She taunted, she was in a playful mood tonight and it felt good to laugh. She enjoyed being with Kevin, he made her feel alive again.

"Oh I can handle it alright." Kevin smirked, he leapt over the side of the couch and starting tickling her underneath her arm. "Take that."

She shrieked outloud, "Kevin stop or I'll...!"

        "Or what?" he asked.

"Or this." She said, tackling him to the floor and straddling him. Her hands grabbing his wrists tightly and holding them down.

Kevin stared into her eyes. Her beautiful hazel eyes. Without thinking he leaned towards her and kissed her. His lips barely brushing over hers.

She broke the kiss with a shocked look on her face.

"I'm sorry, Sabine." Kevin apologized. "I never should have..."

She leaned towards him and kissed him again. This time the kiss was more passionate. It was as if a fire burned deep inside her and she couldn't put out the flame. Kevin's arms snaked around her waist pulling her even closer to his body. His tongue slid between her lips, savoring, tasting. He had always imagined what kissing her would be like, but he never dreamed it like this. She tasted so sweet, and he found he couldn't get enough of her.

She stared deep into his eyes and said, "Make love to me Kevin."

He looked at her in wonder. Had she actually said those words to him? There were so many nights he had dreamed of them together, and now...was his dream actually going to come true?

"Are you sure that's what you want?" Kevin asked, he didn't want to push her into something she would regret later on.

"Yes." She replied, barely a whisper. She reached between them and began to unfasten the buttons on her top. When all the buttons were undone, she slid the material off her body. Kevin admired her creamy white skin. He began caressing her breasts through the material of her satin bra until her nipples became erect at his touch. He unhooked the front clasp, setting her breasts free. He lifted himself up, with her still sitting astride his lap. He took a nipple into his mouth creating tiny circles with his tongue that sent shockwaves of pleasure throughout her body. He nibbled at it slightly, tasting the salty sweetness of her skin.

Sabine got up and removed the jeans she was wearing, leaving her naked but a pair of red satin panties. Kevin's hands cupped her behind, pulling her in close to him. He rested his head on her stomach for a moment, inhaling the very scent of her. Very slowly, he slid his hands underneath the elastic of her pants and pulled them to the floor. He wanted to taste her, to give her pleasure. His tongue sought out her core, lapping and sucking her juices. He took her swollen clit in his mouth and began to suck on it greedily. Sliding a finger inside of her wetness, he felt her walls contract around him as her orgasm swept over her body. He held onto the back of her legs to keep her from falling as his mouth continued to tease her sensitive nub. Wave after wave of ecstasy coursed through her body as Kevin's mouth and hands gave her pleasure. As her orgasm subsided, Kevin got up and removed his clothes. He carefully guided her to the couch, laying her down on her back.

She admired his body; the firm muscles of his chest, his strong arms, the tiny trail of hair leading to his erection. She almost gasped at the sight of his engorged penis. As he spread her legs, he slid himself into her filling her completely. She cried out in pleasure. Together they fell into a steady rhythm, as he thrusted his hardness deeper inside of her. She looked up into his green eyes and saw his raw desire in them. He was so beautiful, so masculine, so sexy.

Kevin's pace quickened as his orgasm drew near. Suddenly his whole body shook as he spilled his seed into her. His fingers interlocked with hers as the last waves of his orgasm washed through him.

Sabine smiled up at him, "Thank you."

Kevin's breathing began to return to normal, "For what?"

Sabine spoke softly, "For saving me."

Kevin kissed her tenderly and he knew at that moment she was his.
