5/3/03: Heresy won the ice rink battle of the bands.

4/19/03: Hersy will be playing the battle of the bands finale at the Easy Street Ice Arena on Saturday, May 3rd. Come to support Heresy so they can win a radio interview and a radio gig. They may also play a gig June 1st, if enough presale tickets can be sold. See the tour dates page for more information.
3/15/03: Heresy played a great show to a whopping audience at the Cobalt. No future gigs are booked so far, but the band hopes to soon enter the studio to record their first album/demo.
3/1/03: Heresy won the Ice Rink battle of the bands, and will be playing again on March 15th at the Cobalt. See tour dates for more information.
1/26/03: Heresy did not win the Cobalt Cafe battle of the bands, but will be playing again in March. The band hopes to book a gig some time before then, possibly in Feburary. See the tour dates page for further information.
1/19/03: Heresy won the battle of the bands at the Cobalt Cafe on January 19th, in a tie with 2 other bands. They will go on to compete in the grand finale on January 26th. See the tour dates page for more information.
12/29/03: Stephanie is now the official bassist for Heresy
12/26/02: Tryouts for a new member are currently being held with bassist Stephanie Klaren. Results will be posted soon.
12/21/02: Heresy will be playing a battle of the bands at the Cobalt Cafe on January 19th, 2003. For more information, see the tour dates page.
12/6/02: Heresy rocked the stage at the Black Box Theater.
11/22/02: Heresy will be headlining a 3-band show at Santa Susana High School on December 6th, at 7:00 PM. For more information, see the tour dates page.
11/10/02: It has rumoured that the band's performance at Manny's Place on December 27 will be recorded and released as a live album. Allthough it has not yet been confirmed, the album is thought to be set for release around that date. Allthough a track list is not yet available, the album is expected to give fans a taste of what they can expect to hear on the band's upcoming studio album. (See Tour Dates page for more details.)
11/08/02: The band has been offered and accepted studio time to record their upcoming album. A title for the album has not yet been announced and a track list if not yet available. There is no definate release date yet but the band is hoping to have it finished before the beginning of next year
11/08/02: The band has completed work on its tenth original piece. The fittingly titled "Concord Eyes" is set for release on the upcoming album.
11/05/02: Former keyboardist Jason Translateur has been officially removed from the band for undisclosed reasons. Vocalist/Rhythem Guitarist Tyler Deakins will be taking on the role of the bands pianist for the time being. He and lead guitarist Sean Thomas will be sharing the writing responsibilities. Talk of possible tryouts for a new, full time keyboardist has arisen.
