In the name of God amen I Benjamin
Wager of the Town of West Bloomfield in the
County Ontario and State of New York
of the age of Seventy two years and being
of sound mind and memory do make
publish and declare this my last will and
testament in manner following that is to
say
First I giv and devise to my son William Wager
the sum of four thousand Dollars
2nd I giv to my Daughter Mariet Howland the sum
of three thousand Dollars
3rd I giv to my Grand Daughter Susan Wager the
sum of Seven hundred Dollars
4th I giv to my Grand daughter Addey Wager the
sum of Seven hundred Dollars
5th I giv to my Grand Daughter Milley Wager the
sum of Seven hundred Dollars
6th I giv to my son Charles Wager the sum of
one thousand Dollars
7th I giv to my Daughter Saley Bradley the sum
of one thousand Dollars
8th I giv to my son Peter Wager the sum of one
hundred Dollars
9th I giv to my Grand sone Charles Wager the sum of
one thousand Dollars
10th I giv to my Grand son Edgar Bradley the sum of
one hundred Dollars
11th I giv to my Grand Son Russel Bradley the
sum of one hundred Dollars
12 I giv and devise to Elisabeth George the sum of
two hundred Dollars provided she stays with me
and takes care of me as long as I live
and it is my will and order that the money given

to my Grand Children Charles Wager Addey and Milley
Wager that remain in the hands of my executors
until the Children shal arive to lawful age and
kept on In trust for them
and lastly after all the legacies are paid should
there be aney overplus remaining out of the pro-
cedes of my real Etate it may be devided between
my children in proporton to what I have
hereofore given to them
my personal property I dispose of my self.
in my lifetime) and I giv to my Grand son John
Wager the house and lot on which his mother now lives
and lastley
I doe hereby nominate and apoint my son
William Wager and my son in law Jeramiah
Howland to be the executores of this my last
will and testament hereby revoking all former
wills by me made

The above instrument Consisting of one sheet was at
the Date thereof signed sealed published and declared
by the said Benjamin Wager as and for his last will
and testament in presance of us who at his request
and in his presence and in the presence of each other
have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto
