"guys i left my stuff upstairs, be right back" i said and started to run upstairs "wait up, i'll come w/ you i told claud i'd lock up" chris yelled "chris could you hand me my purse" i asked and he threw it at me..."yeah thanx...oh lord this was so much lighter earlier"I complained picking up the weeks worth of fan mail for Triple Fantasy "hey baby let me get it" he said and swung it over his shoulder "hey thanks, and you shouldnt call me that". In the cab i sat in the back w/ Jesse, Amber, Liz, Matt and ofcourse Chris. Chris head his head back and then i said "chris" and motioned him to bend forward a little and as he did i brought my hand up and he flinched I saw everyone stare at me "FUNNY! i swear i wont mess it up" I gave him a puppy-eyed-look "i dont know why i'm doing this. God only knows" he sighed and leaned forward i pressed my finger on a spike and screeched "god damn chris" I exclaimed looking at my now bleeding finger "is your hair ALWAYS that hard?" liz laughed "yeah basicly" he shrugged "he puts wax in his hair" Jesse piped up, Some how Claudia beat us back to the hotel and was waiting for us when we got out of the cab. "where've you guys been?" she asked "in the cab...traffic was REALLY bad" Matt pointed out "oh ok whatever, Kassie I need to talk to you" she said looking at me "I;m going down to Starbucks be back soon" I said and turned to walk "but i wanna talk to you" she said after me "then i guess you're coming with me arent you" I started away and Claudia fell in step with me, after we walked about a block she stopped walking and burst out "Kassie just dont hurt him" "what?who?what are you talking about Claud?" I asked confused "Chris, Kassie he really likes you, wait he DID tell you right? he said he was going to" she asked I guess from the confused look on my face she got her answer "oh god, he's gonna kill me. foget what I just said, just dont hurt him, i'm not sure if he could handle that" she said "how do you know? does he tell you everything?"I asked still kinda dazed about it being a FACT i mean i thought he liked me but still, i have a boyfriend, i thought "no, the guys talk pretty openly about who they like, so i kinda overheard" she confessed "do you want a cappicino, or something?" I asked "nah, not now, but thanx anyway" she said "I dont even like coffee" I laughed "then you came to a cafe because?" she laughed "I needed a break from everyone" I shrugged. as we walked back Claudia caught a cab.
"so what did Claudia want?" Chris asked "uh...to know if I really liked coffee" I tried to cover, but the truth was i was a terrible liar "um Kass, she wanted to talk to you BEFORE you went on the coffee thing" Chris pointed out OH originally!, she wanted to tell me how happy she was we're becoming such good friends" I said simply "friends" he said a hurt looked flashed through his eyes and it almost killed me but i chocked out "yeah friends, what else would we be" and smiled sweetly "Kass, have you called Jay?" Liz asked "oh crap he's gonna be so mad!" I exclaimed pulling my cell phone and dialing Jay's number "who's Jay?" Chris asked "oh i'm sorry, Jay is Kassie's boyfriend" Liz looked down and surprised and hurt look once again crossed Chris's face. "hey Jay, its me, I guess you arent there, call me ,you got my new number right? well just in case its 762-9142, we gotta talk" I said and hung up, everyone else except Matt, Chris, and Liz had went upstairs, "so guys, we should do something later, its only 12:30 so probably at 2:00 or something" I said and smiled at Chris and he smiled back not looking so bummed out. "lets go swimming!" Matt said out of nowhere "sounds good" Liz said "yeah" Chris agreed "definetly" I exclaimed we took the long way up to out rooms and got in our rooms at 5 min to 1:00, I flipped the TV onto ABC just in time for the biggining of All My Chlidren, Chris came over and stood next to the bed just as JR was doing a dramatic scene "dont you see enough of him durning the day?" Chris asked "ofcourse not, look at how cute he is! no I'm kidding I dont watch it for Jesse, I used to but now its more to see whats gonna happen next know what I mean?" I said "must be a chick thing, everygirl I meet watches a soap opera" he shrugged "oh god you too? Amber is in there screaming on top of her lungs 'oh my god you're on TV!!!', its like yeah? and? "Jesse laughed coming in and sitting on the bed with me, "omg, you know what you and JR look like twins, are you related?" I asked just being stupid "nu-uh, we dont look a thing alike, i mean i've never seen him before" he said and we both started laughing and I accidently fell sideways off the bed making us laugh harder "are you sure you arent related?" I asked between laughs *cough* we looked up to see AMber looking pissed, she glared at Jesse, and he got up, "uh...I gotta go" he said "Jess dont leave cause of Amber, dont go" I said seriusly "i'll come by later" he smiled hugged me and left.
"I CANT BELIEVE YOU JUST DID THAT!"I screamed at Amber "what. I didnt DO anything" she said "RIGHT. you made him chose between me or you, and evidently he likes both of us cause he left not picking either of us. yeah! but you'd prefer that than US being friends right? yeah thats what I thought. quit being such and idiotic bitch!" I yelled and pushed her out the door slamming it behind her then it hit me dude, wheres Chris? I looked over to see him completly entranced in the ending of All My Children "no way, nu-uh, they cant just leave it there" he yelled at the TV "I thought soap operas were a 'chick thing'? " I laughed "Funny, you ready to go swimming" he asked "almost...just gotta change" I said picking up my bag "need any hep?" he joked "actually..."I started and he jumped up and was by my side in a split second "no i dont" I laughed and went in the bathroom and put on my hot orange tankini with my long green wrap, and put my cell phone in my small purse "ready, lets go we're running late anyway" I said opening the door and stepping out with Chris right behind me. Liz and Matt were already in the hallway, Liz was against the wall, Matt had his hand on the wall above her shoulder and was leaning in to kiss her. "come on guys, lets go" I said before i realized what was going on. "now is not a good time" she said "no we should go" Matt said standing up straight.
