16th April 2003 First Live Date Announced
The Stereophonics will begin their first live show at Radio 1's One Big Sunday. The show is free and will be taking place at Manchester's Heaton Park on 3-4th May. Saturdays show will be dedicated to dance music and Sundays show will be dedicated to live artists and bands. Other artists and bands that will be performing are: Badly Drawn Boy, Feeder, The Coral, Aqualung and Dirty Vegas. Only 100,000 tickets will be available for each day. Radio 1 will host special giveaways in Manchesters Albert Square on April 18th for dance tickets and April 25th for live bands and artists. Opening times are: April 18th = 6pm to 9pm and April 25th = 9am to 12.00 noon. See you there!
