18th March 2002 - Stereophonics Headline V2002 Festival

Stereophonics have been named as one of the two acts, to be headlining V2002 festival along with Travis. Here are some of the other acts confirmed to be performing: Chemical Brothers, Badly Drawn Boy, Starsailor, Beta Band, Elbow, Primal Scream, Turin Brakes, Ian Brown and Supergrass. More are set to be added to this list.

This is what Kelly had to say on this honour bestowed on the Band: "we haven't played an English Festival for nearly two years, so headlining V2002 will be a great way of finishing touring our 'Just Enough Education to Perform' album".

The Festival is held at Hylands Park, Chelmsford and Weston Park, Staffordshire. V-Festival is in its 7th Year, and will be taking place on the 17th and 18th August 2002.
