AlbumsH.O.T 1 The very first album of H.O.T of course. The had made their name with the song "Candy". "Candy" proved to be a hit among the teenagers in korea and it even had a single relased. H.O.T appeared very cute in this album and they were very young then. I would recommend the song "Candy". H.O.T 2 H.O.T is back with some good song like "we are the future"and "Haengbok"These 2 songs are the most popular songs in the album. "We are the future"is one of my favourite song. H.O.T expresses how some teenagers feel about their parents not giving them freedom in this song."We are the future" will make you feel like dancing to the beat. This song is really funky with cool dances and a really nice tune. H.O.T Taiwanese compilation This is the 1st Taiwanese compilation for H.O.T. It is a combination made up of songs from H.O.T 1 and 2.This is also tha 1st H.O.T album I have bought. It is through this album that I got to know H.O.T. This compilation has combine lots of great songs from the 1st and 2nd album. Some of the songs are "Haengbok" "Candy","We are the future" and lots more. H.O.T 3 ( Resurrection) A more mature H.O.T had been presented to us in the 3rd album. Both kangta's and hee jun's voice had become more mature unlike the 1st and 2nd album. Most of the songs in the album are sort of hardcore or rock style. One of the few song that is excluded from this style is "Hope" I myself like "hope" (track 1), "Line up", "yol ma chol"(Track 2) and "wedding X'mas" (Track 12). H.O.T 4 (Iyah!) Some people simply this that H.O.T looks weird in this album. But strangely, I like how hee jun looks in this album. H.O.T had adopted a sort of rock style in this album. From the title of the album, it is obvious that their hit song was Iyah! For those non- Korean, Iyah means children. This songs are of course about children. The format of this album is kind of special, with one half of it having the songs and the other half having H.O.T talking. A lot of the songs in this album was also performed in the 1999 H.O.T concert. Songs that are great are "Git it up"(Track 1), "Iyah!"(Track 4), "Korean Pride"(Track 10), "Do or die"(Track 12), "Soul"(Track 16) and "It's been raining since you left me"(Track 20). Age of peace This is a sound track for the movie "Age Of Peace" produced to celebrate korea and japan joining force to organize the world cup. What has it got to do with H.O.T and why is this sound track under H.O.T you may ask. This is because H.O.T are acting in this movie. H.O.T are acting as footballers in this movie. H.O.T 5 (Outside Castle) This album is delicated to the people who are handicape. This album comes with the message "The are no different from us" obviously H.O.T are trying to tell everyone out there not to discriminate the handicapped people because "They are no different from us". "Outside Castle" is the song written to convey their message."A song fo lady"(for yujah) was also featured in the korean drama "ga eul dong hwa".The lyrics of the song matches with the drama fully and therefore brings out more of the sad atmostphere.Take note of "Outside Castle"(Track 1) , "wish of a blue bird"(Track 6), "Time will tell¡¦(Track 7), " A song for lady"(Track 10) and "Natural born killer"(Track 10) these are some really nice songs. Polaris--Kang ta After H.O.T disbanded, kang ta who remained in SM entertainment was the first among the five to make a comeback. This album is totally of a differnt genre from H.O.T's song. This album is contains jazz and slow songs. My favourite song in this album is the title song 'polaris'. A shocking thing about the song 'polaris' is that in it's music video, kang ta actually dresses up as a woman! Alone--Hee Jun Hee jun the other H.O.T member to remain in SM entertainment is the second to make a come back. His album consist mainly on rock and pop songs. In his album, 'persia black hole' the song from the 2001 concert is also included. There is a song entitled 'Red and White' whereby hee jun critises the japanese regarding the changing of the history book i think.Anyway, my favourite songs would be 'alone'(track 4), 'Persia black hole' (track 9), 'Red and White' (track 7) and 'Devil of angel' (track 10).There is an interesting part to this album. There is actually a hidden track in this cd.Track 23 is the hidden track and the song is entitled 'button hole'.On the whole this album is really very good. A better day--JTL JTL equals to Jang woo hyuk, Tony an and Lee jae won.Unlike hee jun and kang ta who went solo, the trio formed a group and made their come back with the album a better day. What i would say about this ablum is that it is really fantastic and unexpected.Unexpected in the sense that Woo Hyuk, Jae Won and Tony who were did not get the most fame in H.O.T had really such great talents and nice voices! This album is definately the best among all three although hee jun and kang ta's album is really good too.The songs that JTL sings resembles the songs of H.O.T in the past with rap and catchy tunes. My favourite tracks would be 'A better day'(track 1), 'Just say goodbye'(track 3), 'Enter the dragon'(track 4), 'hard for me' (track 7) and finally 'My lecon' (track 9).
