Game one of Skid's season at Citi. APRIL 22th - GAME #20 vs St. Louis Cardinals (11-9)
Game two of the four game series against the Redbirds has Dillion Gee (1-0) facing right-hander Adam Wainwright (3-1). Gotta love New York news as the big story today is Matt Harvey tweeting a photo of him giving his mom the finger as she snapped the picture of him going into surgery six months ago. Exciting stuff. I guess the Mets didn't like it and asked him to remove the tweet. Matt smartly shut down his twitter account. I don't get twitter. Facebook is bad enough. Oh and there is a game today.

10-10

Wow. Matt Harvey's tweet story was more interesting than this game. Another lackluster effort by the Mets offense. Grand total of four ... count 'em, FOUR hits in the loss. All singles. And Granderson with another 0 fer 3. Dillon Gee pitched a decent game but it didn't matter. The Mets only got two runners to second base the whole game.

Today I have to admit I only saw the last two innings of this game. Something was telling me to look at the game live before I started watching from the beginning and I was glad I did. I hate to waste too much time on three up, three out innings. Nothing good about this game. I'm moving on.
By the way, just an observation. Carlos Gomez and his admiring his triple as it bounced off the fence. Then he starts a fight against Pittsburgh. What a dumbass Carlos. You are not Babe Ruth. Run the Fu*#in' ball out you idiot. You deserved to be beat on.

IKE UPDATE: oh for 4
