Game one of Skid's season at Citi. May 22th - GAME #47 vs Los Angeles Dodgers (25-22)
Jon Niese (2-3) goes up against LA's Zack Greinke (7-1) as Los Angeles closes out their visit to Citi Field. Dillion Gee may pitch a minor league rehab start on Sunday or Monday in his quest to return to the mound from a strained lat muscle.

21-25

Jon Neise pitches well and gets a win. Jenrry Mejia looks like he has become the Mets 4th closer so far this year. Eric Campbell has shown he is willing to hit and field when and wherever called upon. Wright & Granderson both went 2 for 4. Dodger pitcher Zack Greinke had gone 22 straight starts only allowing 2 runs or less. That streak was stopped tonight as the Mets scored 3 times off Greinke. Former Met Justin Turner homered off Neise in the 7th.

After all the fun and excitement of minor league baseball last night in Fresno, I kinda floated through this game. By the time I got home it was 1-1 and in the fourth inning. I played around on the computer and didn't pay a lot of attention to the goings on. Some weird plays as Murph failed to catch a popup and ended up with a double play. The Dodger runners [and SS Flores] obviously don't know the infield fly rule. Left fielder "Soup" Campbell made a great diving catch to double off Puig in the 8th.
