My view of Noah

Tonight I sat in a very nice Delta club seat almost directly behind home plate with a perfect view of Syndergaard's mastery of the Padres hitters. I was just down the row of seats from Brian, whom I met earlier in the month. He told me that Jenrry Mejia had been suspended again for PED's and is pretty much done as a New York Met. That's a shame but we move on. The Mets did trade for Oakland A's closer Tyler Clippard to help out the bullpen and the timing could not have been better with Mejia's suspension.

I sat next to a nice gentleman tonight and we briefly chatted about the Mets throughout the game. I like to talk a bit to fans sitting near but I don't like to be distracted or distracting from the play on the field. Every inning we would look at each other knowing Noah had not allowed a base runner. Once the 7th started, excitement started to build in the ballpark of a possible no hitter/perfect game but those wishes were burst when the Padres led off the 7th with a single.

Still no card for the newest Mets
