Pay It Forward

I watched this film about sixteen times, but I noticed the second time I watched it, that when he's drawing out Pay it Forward on the black, or should I say, green board, it is hard to see, but you can tell with close eyes, that it has been erased and re-written.

In the scene where Jerry and Trevor are having breakfast, you see Jerry pour Trevor's cereal. When he pours it, the bowl is full. In the next shot, you see the bowl is half full.

When Treavor is trying to see into the classroom through the door, he keeps jumping up to see in the window on the top of the door. They make it look like he is unable to see in because he is not tall enough. But, when he opens the door and is standing next to it, you can clearly see that he is in fact tall enough to see through the window without jumping up at all. (So Haley's not so short afterall!)

At the part when Trevor is sitting on the bleachers by himself, he puts his pencil on the seat in front of him. Mr. Simonett comes to talk to Trevor, they show a view of just trevor's and Mr. Simonet's faces. When they go back to the view of just Trevor, the pencil is gone.

Before Arlene hits Treavor while he's on his bed, they show a picture of the house, and it's night outside. After a fight, you notice he's in his bedroom and the lights are all on and shade is shut. She goes into the kitchen searching for a bottle of liquor. When she stands by the window, you see that it's day light out. Well, next scene, it's night out and they're looking Treavor.

If you look carefully, when one of the kids stabs Teavor, the knife didn't even puncture Trevor's flesh. You can see it because after the kid takes the knife out of Treavor's body, it came from under his arm, not the wound.

When Trevor's mom is about to go on her first date with his teacher, she gets in the taxi and the color of the taxi is green. But when she gets out at the restaurant, the color of the taxi is yellow.

The family in the movie are supposed to be living in Las Vegas yet the mom's car has a Washington license plate.

As you all probably know, I watch every Haley Joel Osment movie over and over again. After about the 10th time of Pay It Forward when I could recite the script, I noticed something. Listen at the part where the news station is filming Trevor near the end, right before he gets killed. Then, listen at the end when Arlene and Mr. Simonet are sitting on the couch listening to the same broadcast. It is not worded the same as when he was originally speaking being recorded.

In the scene where the guy from out of town is driving to LA, you see a shot of him driving in his car and then it switches to an aerial view. In the first shot you can see the road for ages in the wind-screen, but in the next shot he goes to pass a truck.
