Carnaval around the World

Mardi Gras in New Orleans is the biggest celebration in the United States, but Lake Charles has the second biggest celebration in Louisiana. Mobile has the oldest Mardi Gras tradition and Homer does a pretty good job in Alaska. In many parts of the world, the celebration is referred to as "Carnaval" (Carnivale in Venice).
