EDITOR'S NOTE: Happy Mardi Gras! Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler! Let the good time roll one more day. In this last edition of Killer Rubboard, we visit an odd and wistful museum in Cajun Country and walk down the street with a flambeaux carrier. And of course, the Krewe du Review will let you know where you can find the best gumbo in Southcentral Alaska. You'll also get a chance to meet again the contributors who made this e-zine happen this Mardi Gras season. Enjoy! Thanks for taking the ride with us!

It takes a lot of talent and words to put together an e-zine, even if it is just for the Mardi Gras season. Visit the gallery to see who all contributed to Killer Rubboard.
It's the granddaddy restaurant of them all. The Krewe du Review checks out the Double Musky that boasts its chefs learned to cook from Paul Prudhomme in Louisiana (that's Mama Prudhomme's roux recipe you're tasting there ... )
The Double Musky is pretty good, but you should taste Christy's Gumbo.
Thanks!
Thanks for taking the ride with me and the other writers and artists who have contributed to Killer Rubboard this season! Perhaps we'll see you here next Mardi Gras season beginning January 6, 2008 .... perhaps Cayenne McKenzie Del Roi will make another appearance ... perhaps you'll be invited to write a piece for Killer Rubboard ... who knows? Let me know what you think, and until then, have a great year ahead! Happy Year of the Pig to all the 1959ers!
