Killer Rubboard is a serial Mardi Gras Novel in ten chapters. The first chapter begins on January 6, or Twelfth Night, which is generally considered the opening day of Carnival Season, and the last chapter will appear on February 24, Mardi Gras or Fat Tuesday, the last night of Carnival. Any similarities or resemblances in characters in the novel to folks you may think you recognize have to be explained away by the fact that writers tend to write what they know about and I know a lot of different kind of characters. I intended the resemblances in the nicest way and I apologize if I had to kill anyone in the process. The characters took on a life of their own so I would not take anything seriously that occurs during this journey.
