Biography

Following the steps of many great singers and performers such as Patti LaBelle, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston and even Janet Jackson and Beyonce, she is destined for stardom. She is also continuing the chain with many other artists from New Jersey including Jaheim, Joe Buddons, Redman and more.

Her name is Deidre(day-dree), she is just as unique as her name. Her style, voice and personality stands out from others and that is what makes her shine.

Deidre came into the world on June 23, 1986. As a young child Deidre's mother notice how much of an enrgetic girl she was. So she enrolled her into dance classes at the age of five, she first started at The Peppermint Players, but then switched and went under the direction of Crystal Reynolds for eleven years. Deidre always loved to dance and the attention she received from it. She began singing, dancing and even acting more in her school's showcases and plays.

"When I did my first performance singing, I was in the 5th grade . It was at my school's talent showcase, the feedback and the more attention I gained from people felt so good. Right then I knew I wanted to be a singer." said Deidre

Deidre began working on her credentials and her career as an entertainer, during the three years of high school. So far Deidre have accomplished many goals achievements such as singing and dancing in New Jersey Performing Arts Center(NJPAC) Summer Youth Performance Workshop, performing with American Dream's Joe Lawrence. She is currently the choreographer of the United People of Color Performance.

"I've done a lot of things but enough in my eyes. Its hard when have to balance good grades and performing, but I know I can handle it because I work better under pressure. Look, God has blessed meand I'm going to use those talents he has given me." Deidre explained

Deidre does not plan on stopping or quitting anytime soon no matter what the circumstance or obstacle may be.
