1/27/03 - Imajin has a new face - Jamal decided to leave late in 2002 to pursue a solo career. We wish him all the best! Imajin's new drummer/singer is Tony Royster, Jr. He is an excellent drummer and vocalist, and he has performed in big places including the Grammys!! Welcome Tony, the newest addition to Imajin!!!
6/16/02 - Imajin performed at Jacob Jarvis Center in NY on June 8, 2002. They are still working on new music for their upcoming album and when we have new info, we'll be the first to bring it to ya!!!
5/12/02 - There is gonna be a festival May 18 and 19
Dade (olamide's bro) every year he set up a booth and sell t shirts
and cds

like Dade and other people

3/26/02 - IMAJIN IS BACK, Y'ALL!!! Yes, it has been confirmed by the group members themselves, they are back together!!! They're in the studio with producer Bert Price, and have completed 5 songs for a new album. We haven't heard the new tracks yet, but according to inside sources, they're HOT and Imajin is ready to take their place on the charts!!! We're glad to see you back, boyz!!
ARCHIVES10/6/01: NEW NAME! JizLams has officially changed their name to MANNAH. The new name means "a usually sudden, unexpected source of gratification, pleasure or gain." Jiz posted a message at the
OFFICIAL CLUB thanking the fans for sticking with them and being patient while they work on their debut album as MANNAH. The guys are perfectionists, and want to give their fans no less than the best, and they promise the album will be worth waiting for! In other news, we all know that Lams started out his career as an actor, and that's something he's still pursuing. He recently auditioned for a Starburst commercial. With his talent, and good looks, he's gotta get it! =)
8/9/01: IT DIDN'T HAPPEN.... The guys from Imajin were planning to reunite and work on another album, but things didn't work out the way they planned. So in the meantime, JizLams is still doing their thing, and hopefully we'll hear from them soon. Talib has produced a track for Solange (Beyonce's sister) called "Solo Star". The track appears on the
Osmosis Jones soundtrack, so be sure to cop that! Jamal is working on solo material. The guys are still friends, and still talk to each other. Maybe in the future Imajin will reunite, but in the meantime we wish them all the best on their solo careers!
5/28/01: IMAJIN REUNITES!! It's not a rumor this time, according to the Official JizLams Club on Yahoo, Jiz, Lams, Talib, and Jamal are back in the studio to record a second album! More details as we know them.........
4/7/01: According to THA MAN BEHIND THE MUSIC, Mr. Bert Price... JizLams are now negotiating a record deal with a major label! That's why the "Run 2 Me" single hasn't been released independently. We wish them all the best, and look forward to the release of their album, which looks like it will be around September 2001. We know it's a minute to wait, but good work takes time! =)
1/29/01: Update!!!
JizLams News....... The guys are doing a photo session soon and they will be out this summer. We invited the guys to our recent chat party, and Jiz emailed Kandi... he got the email too late to come to the party, but he asked us to let him know if we plan it for a future date. He just might be at the next one, so stay tuned!
Talib News.....Talib is going to be performing in Camden, N.J. on Sunday, February 18 along with artists from AddLib Productions, City High, Li'l Zane, and Peekaboo. Go to

1/21/01: HAPPY NEW YEAR JIZLAMIANS!! First, let's clear up some rumors that are going around... JizLams is not yet signed to a record company... they may release their album independently like Talib did, but we don't know that for sure. As soon as we have details, we will pass them on! =) Second, we have an imposter alert! If you're on Black Planet and you see "lamz" or "jizlams", don't be fooled, it's not them. Jiz is on Black Planet, but his screen name is not "jizlams". Lams isn't on BP.

12/18/00: Jiz and Lams are working hard to complete their album the beginning of 2001. Olamide is producing tracks with Bert, and we know it's gonna be HOT! =) They're expecting the album to be out the middle of '01... There's a BLAZIN' HOT contest going on at the OFFICIAL JizLams club, where Tasha is now a co-founder.
