The time, it slips away so soon
No sooner morning gone, then afternoon
The sun goes down, ends the day
The candles burning the hours away
Stars in the night twinkle so
Telling us it’s time to go
The planet earth spins around
With floating masses of ocean and ground
The sky is always above
From where we stand, so awestruck with love
Gravity holds us in place
Spinning and twirling through space
I stand and gaze upon the sea
The constant motion reveals unto me
I hear the gulls cry out loud
I taste the salt upon the salt from the clouds
Endless as endless can be
Living in eternity
