Mme. ‘Mother’ Giry

‘Ma’ Giry is the mother of Meg, a young dancer at the Opera House. She is in charge of the Phantom’s private box and knows the Opera Ghost better than most and warns that he does not like being talked about. She has not seen O.G. but has heard him.

Mame Giry is a proud woman despite her faded, dingy, worn, old clothes and work as a porteress. She retains a total of three teeth.
