Born and bred at the Tersk stud in Russia, *Muscat was sired by *Salon and out of the mare Malpia. *Muscat's bloodlines can be traced back to such greats as Naseem, Priboj, Ofir, and the legendary Mammona among others. After several trips to Russia, Howard Kale was finally told that *Muscat would only be traded for two Standardbred stallions worth 1 million dollars each!
