NOX, the Dutch death metal outfit consisting of ex-CENTURIAN guitarist Rob Oorthuis and drummer Bob Dussel, plus SEVERE TORTURE members Patrick Boleij and Seth v/d Loo, (both also ex-CENTURIAN), will enter Excess Studios in Rotterdam, Holland in June to begin recording their debut album, "Ixaxaar", for a late summer release via Earache Records subsidiary Wicked World.

Commenting on the material for the album, Oorthuis said, "There's a lot of weird stuff going on in the new songs. The songwriting is barbaric, nothing will be the same after people have heard 'Ixaxaar'. We will smack the soul of the listener to all corners of the universe and probably beyond that."
