Originally Daemon was the side project from Konkhra frontman Anders Lundemark and Hellacopters/Entombed frontman Nicke Andersson, and what an insane way to spend some time off this is. The Daemons are once again ready to battle their way into the hearts of those who love straight forward death’n’roll. Daemon recorded their 'The Second Coming' in the Sunlight Studio (Sweden), with Tomas Skogsberg as executive producer, and what a jaw breaking sound they’ve got.
Unfortunately Nicke Andersson had to pass his appearance this time, due to shitloads of work with the Hellacopters. New drummer (working under pseudonym 'Frank Hellmet') is actually Per M. Jensen who was the stand-in for Chris Kontos on Konkhra’s latest European tour. 'The Second Coming' is loaded with a ‘hellish’ death’n’roll style of metal. Ferrocious, blasting and at times almost grinding. The flames of aggression will literally spurt from your speakers, igniting entire buildings. Turning cities into ashes. 'The Second Coming' is truly a ball of fire, and you better be prepared!
Danish death metal veteran and Konkhra leader Anders Lundemark strikes back. On the third Daemon album 'Eye For An Eye' Anders and his enigmatic bassist Thomas Fagerlind have allied themselves with Gene Hoglan of Dark Angel, Death and Testament fame.
