HOLOCAUST are a nuclear blast coming from Sweden playing with their warmachine a hellish Old-school Death Metal!!!
These Swedish metallers started out in 1994 and since then they have released two powerful demos entitled “Eternized Death’96” and “Gloom’97” with a solid and permanent line-up: Andreas Söderlund (Guitarbutcher/ deathscreamer), Kristian Carlin (Bassabuser) and Berto Hjert (Drumtormentor). In February ‘99, after the Sound Riot have obtained a copy of “Gloom” demo they got in touch with Söder to offer a deal proposal.

The band got involved with the Sound Riot’s ideas accepting their offer after the trade of some e-mails and so, during May ‘99 they recorded and mastered their latest death march called “Hellfire Holocaust” in Nätverket Studios in the Sweden. This material got a result which is simply outstanding and bombastic! This material which is a MCD contains 7 songs (on 21 minutes) of the most intense and furious Old-school Death Metal. Yet, there are a certain melody and skilled on it and also, some few elements of Black Metal and Speed Metal. Their riffs are killers, their drums are fast and crusher, their vocals are growling and their bass are powerful. This blows up your head on a total slaughter!!! 'Hellfire Holocaust' MCD was released in August 2000.

Unfortunately the band have split-up in 2001 but who knows they return one day...
