KvaZar was formed in February 1998 by the guitarist Kostas T. and Drummer John Sp. During 1999 John V (guitar) and Bill S (vocals) and Lefteris k (Bass) joined the band to complete the line -up .
At December 2000 Kvazar Recorded their first Demo under the name ' a Dead life ' Containing 3 tracks and received a lot of credits .
KvaZaR returned to the studio during summer 2001 in order to record their first album 'hunger' containing 7 tracks and to make their official debut step as a band. The album was released at April 2002 and contained 2 tracks of the 'a dead life' Demo re-recorded plus 5 new songs. The production was more than satisfying. The track 'hunger' was used for a compilation named 'dead spot' by humanfly productions and the track 'dead life' was chosen for the 'greece attacks' compilation by sound vision. Also many lives Performed for the promotion of the material .
The band (after 12 months of inactivity -military obligations-)started working on its new material for the upcoming release (a Mixture between Death/Core/Crust/Grind).
