Minister of Worship & Arts
Works closely with the pastors to coordinate and plan
all worship services. Ensures that each worship service has
the appropriate diversity as to meet the needs of all believers and seekers.
Serves as the church organist. Provides
leadership and direction for the department of arts including but not limited
to the Drama Department, Dance Department, Puppet Ministry, Praise Teams, Choir
Ministries, Tambourine Chorus, Sound/Video Ministry, Tape Ministry and
Children’s Music Ministry.
Facilitate meetings and training for directors of the aforementioned
departments/ministries. Selects and coordinates with the pastors all facets of
the worship service including the worship service participants. Prepares appropriate and diverse music for
weekly worship services; provides vocal training to all choir members and
soloist; provides leadership to the members of the church band; teaches music
development and theory to members of the music department as requested. Enhances directors in
training and development. Responsible for general upkeep and ordering of all equipment for
music ministry including PA needs and musical instruments. Coordinates rehearsal and travel schedules for the department of
worship and arts.

operations in order to meet the goals set by the pastor. Prepared, coordinated and developed music ministry at
both locations for all TV showings, worship services and special events. Developed viable praise teams at both locations. Prepared members of the

Responsible for the promotion and development of the
last three recordings produced by the Sunshine Band; writes and directs
recording sessions which include 300 singers; prepares singers for the
recording studio; selected as the national songwriter of the year 1998; has
recorded over 20 original compositions; oversaw the design and development of
the recordings art work.

and community centers in an effort to education particular populations; radio
