The visually stunning fantasy film from critically acclaimed director Jean-Pierre Jeunet (Amelie) follows and unusual group of friends as they attempt to topple France's two biggest arms dealers.
Dany Boon (The Valet) stars as Bazil, a simple video shop assistant who survives a bullet to the head in a freak drive-by shooting accident. He finds himself jobless and homeless, but his luck changes when he meets a new group of industrious friends. Encouraged by their spirit and enthusiasm, Bazil embarks on a crazy operation to quash the rival weapons manufacturers that maimed him and killed his father.
MICMACS is an inventive modern-day battle of David and Goliath, and the adventure of a lifetime!
My Comments:
A friend of mine gave this to me awhile back. I watched it and vaguely remember thinking that it was very strange. I'm going to give it 2 stars until I get around to rewatching it and giving it a proper rating.
