Blank Point gets together for the first time with no name decided. Tom Sargent learns to play Jackie for the first time. The song Jackie was written many months ago with Nash on guitar, Tom Keady on drums and Chris on bass.
12/20/01
Chris can't come to practice today. Tom Keady takes vocals for Jackie that day. Dammit is first played in its entirety and Tom Sargent sings it.
12/22/01
Blank Point practices for 8 hours and picks up the name Blank Point and gets "Dammit and Jackie" down and recorded.
12/28/01
Nash calls Chris to tell him we don't want him singing.
12/29/01
One of our good practices. Tom Keady presents the song he wrote "Freshman Year" and bandmates begin to write music for it.
1/5/01
"Freshman Year" is completed and "Whenever" is started on.
1/12/02
"Whenever" is finished. "Hot Pink" is started and almost finished. We practiced some other songs and that was pretty much it. Tom Sargent is angry at Nash and Tom because they cant stop watching womens college basketball.
From now on Tom Sargent will be writing the diaries so if I refer to myself as "I" you know who it is I'm talking about.

Todays practice.....sucked......Nash was a lazy baboon. I was out late last night and I still had more energy than Nash. Tom K. has been sick all week and had more energy than......Nash......Tom K has a busted thumb knuckle thing. We were planning to record next week but I doubt it because Nash is a lazy baboon. Thank you and have a nice week.

Todays practice ruled. We started working on "No" and some other stuff. Nash was awake, we worked hard, and accomplished a lot. If all goes as planned recording will be in two to three weeks. So look for our wonderful tape.
2/16/02
Practice today pretty much just review of all our old songs so recording will go well in a couple weeks.
2/19/02
Today was pretty cool we didn't get much practice done, we went to Mars music store. Tom has all new drum heads and a new Crash/Ride cymbal. We had to find Nash when we got back and practice was pretty good after that. Everything is starting to come together really well now. Recording has been knocked back a week or two due to the fact that we have to skip a practice next week.
3/10/02
Today our good friend Shawn came to practice. Everything was pretty much review. Shawn complains we play to loud though.
3/16/02
Today Tom Keady and Nash Winters will write the diary entry. Today Tom Sargent wasnt at practice. Tom K and Nash looked everywhere for him. We even looked under many various rocks. But we practiced as much as we could without him. Suprisingly we got a lot accomplished but, all we need is a bass part for this song Tom K wrote. Wherever Tom Sargent is it is ok but, he missed the Three Stoges tapes that me and nash watched.
3/29/02
Practice was extra early today. We practiced all day Bobby and Shawn and Bobby's cousin watched us practice we appreciate you saying we sucked, and yes Bobby I can yell. Uh we practiced all day wrote a new song called "Whatever She Wants" it's a fun song, I get to yell a lot in it. We're having a wonderful sleep over tonight and get to practice tomorrow too.
3/30/02
Practice didn't go so well today my fingers are killing me and Tom's arm and Nashes hands are both dead too. We went over a few songs and pretty much just reviewed but that was it.
4/6/02
We were supposed to record today but didn't get to because we couldn't get the four-track. Nash stole me some cough drops because I'm poor. And that was it. We should hopefully be recording next week.
4/13/02
Ha!!! We finally did it we recorded. Our four song tape that is ok sounding. If anyone wants one let any of us know and we'll try and get one to you. It has four songs on it. "Jacki", "She Wants", "Last Moments", and "No".
4/16/02
Practice was so much fun today. Pat came and watched us and we didn't really accomplish much but had a lot of fun. It was our break from our hard practicing sessions over the past few weeks. We started a new idea of where me and Nash play a line and we pick random words and sing about them. We did this for about a half an hour. Lots of fun. That's about it.
4/19/02
We started writing a wonderful song today that is called "The World". Then we went to the movies and stuff. And that's about it.
5/4/02
Practice today sucked. Evan came and did a guest appearance and played the intro to our song "The World" on acoustic it sounded cool. Other than that we didn't get much done and Tom lost his baseball game.
