TThis is one of my favorite CDs. Ron Bohmer is amazing. I'll admit I was ambivalent about buying this; I didn't know whether I'd like it all that much. Well, if you're in the same situation, don't worry, you will like it!

The musical theater stuff on this album is great. This is the best version of "Sunset Boulevard" I've ever heard. I'm not really into the show, but the first time I heard Ron sing the song I loved it, and immediately downloaded every version of it I could find. I still think this is the best. Ron puts a lot of emotion into "Love Changes Everything" with fantastic results. In fact, he puts tremendous emotion into all the songs – it's incredible.

The original songs on this album are real gems, especially "For Every Man." It tends to get stuck in my head, which is definitely a good thing. His daughter sounds really cute at the beginning of it, too. :-) I love all of Ron's lyrics; they are fresh and inspiring. Sometimes when I listen to the radio I feel like every song says the same thing, but Ron has something new to say, and a new way to say it. "Tell It To The Wind" is beautiful.

This album always puts me in a good mood if I'm down, or just adds to the sunshine if I'm already happy. When I bought it I was afraid I'd listen to it once and then never again, but I'm glad to say it gets played quite often.

If you have ever seen Ron Bohmer live, you should definitely buy this CD. If you haven't, I strongly encourage you to buy it anyway; anybody can enjoy great songs and a great voice, and this album certainly has plenty of both.
