Radiohead: Amnesiac, Kid A TheDark Crystal
__________________________________________________ There are a lot of intriguing connections to be found in the depths of this synchronicity. So many, in fact, that some who have seen it have argued that it must have been intentionally created by the band ... Though I do not share this opinion, it is hard to deny that this is an exceptional synch, with some thrilling moments ... Do not be frightened away by the apparent difficulty of the setup, it really is not as hard as it sounds (and even if it was, it would be well worth the result) .... To view this synch, program your stereo to play Amnesiac's tracks in the following order: 2 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11, and have the cd paused at the beginning of track 2; Press play when, during the opening sequence, the narrator finishes speaking the phrase 'Another world, another time.' After Pyramid Song is complete, you can turn the volume up on your television for a few minutes and pause your disc at the beginning of track 4. Watch as Jen begins running for home. There will be a moment when the camera pans past a large snail-shell shaped rock. You must press play *just* as the rock comes into view. Once the album is over, you can unmute your television and get your copy of Kid A ready. Pause it at the beginning of track 1. Several minutes will pass ... Watch for a moment when a Skek waves its hand and cries 'Crystal bats, fly!' Press play at the exact moment the word 'bats' is spoken. Finally, after the song Motion Picture Soundtrack ends, turn the volume on your television back up. The melody that plays over the end credits of Dark Crystal will synch perfectly with that final burst of music at the end of Kid A. Discovered by:
