Morphine: Like Swimming Fantasia 2000
__________________________________________________ This synch, combining Disney's recent revisitation of the Fantasia format and the unique music of Morphine, is among the best of the Cinesynch synchronicities, and a it's personal favorite of mine. It has received universally positive responses from viewers, and the 'straight' nature of the setup gives it a little extra weight amid the recent wave of manipulated synchronicities. The music even synchs with those talking-head segments between the animation; "There's your crazy smile ..." Recommended for fans of Morphine, and anyone with an open mind ... To try this, have Like Swimming paused at the beginning of the first track, and press Play when the Disney logo flashes white. Discovered by: Related Synchroncities: Though there are many synchs using Fantasia or Fantasia 2000 as video components, probably the most well-known is Fantasia Dream, one which uses music by the Smashing Pumpkins as the soundtrack. This synch -- apparently cobbled from several sources -- has been adopted by Mike Johnston for use on his Synchronicity Arkive. Be sure to explore his other synchroncities while you're there. 2.
