TIM CAIN

TIM CAIN (Tim) made his New York debut to critical acclaim in Chain Lightning Theatre’s production of Minstrel Show or the Lynching of William Brown, and is very pleased to be returning to this wonderful cast and production of Godspell. Favorite roles include Joe in Showboat and Audrey II in Little Shop of Horrors. Tim has been featured on “Live with Regis and Kathie Lee”, The Wonderful World of Disney (with Jane Seymour) and has extensive regional theater credits. Tim dedicates his performance to his family and friends for their constant support and love. Thanks to our Muppets and to my Supremes. “You Guys Rock!” Extra special thanks to BC at HRT, LC at BA, KD, SSD, GHC, EFC, and LTC. ~Playbill

***UPDATE FROM BARRETT ON HIS AND TIM'S NEXT PROJECT:***

Great news guys, thought you'd be interested:

Tim Cain and I both just got cast in a new musical called JUST SO. It is by the British songwriting team, Anthony Drew and George Stiles. They wrote the musical HONK which won the London Olivier award (their Tony award) for Best Musical over THE LION KING! This new musical is based on JUST SO STORIES by Rudyard Kipling. Its tales explain how the Elephant gets his trunk (Barrett is playing the Elephant Child) and how the Rinocerous (Tim Cain) gets his skin. Kolokolo Birds, Eldest Magicians, Leopards, Crabs, and Kangaroos abound in these wondrous strories about the dawn of the world. (What am I, sending out a press release here?!...Just come see the show!)

I just talked to Tim, and we are both so excited. Rehearsals start in May and we run from June 12 - July 1 at North Shore Music Theatre, one of the best regional theatres in the country (they will be the first to do MISS SAIGON now that the rights have been released.) North Shore is an 1,800 seat theatre in the round, 25 miles from Boston in Beverly, Mass. Please try to come up and see us is you can.

Extra special bonus: The word on the street is that we might make a recording!
