Blackness
by Erwin Jones
In the beginning there was blackness,
The blackness was with God,
And God was the blackness.
In the midst of the blackness
Was a black womb,
The black womb in which
this black world was created
From whence everything began to bloom.
Every living creature was formed from blackness.
Black bird
Black panther
Black snake
Black spider
Black cat
In the beginning, every thing was Black.
Under black clouds
On a black day
Blackness created a black creation,
Using black mud and black dirt
Fashioned a black man, the original man
Giving him dominion over this black earth.
Seeing the black man was lonely, for some black days,
Blackness caused the black man
To fall in a black sleep
Taking two ribs from his black being
And fashioned the mother of civilization,
The powerful Black Woman
And gave her unto the black man
As his black companion,
Creating the first black union.
One black and lovely day,
The black man and woman
Got together in a very special way
Joined in a black embrace,
And gave birth to the entire human race.
Honor your father and mother
So your days may be longer.
Now whenever you look in the mirror
You should be proud and filled with honor
To know the black man and woman
The original two
Gave birth to me and you
Regardless of your race, culture or hue?
White man!
There is no such thing
He came from us too,
Genetically or biologically speaking,
He is a bleach out black man who has lost his melanin
Thus, giving him his Caucasoid or white skin.
Blacks the original people
Are cited throughout the bible.
Moses was black
Don’t think I’m getting racist,
Check Exodus chapter 4 verses 5 and 6
Jesus, Solomon, Job, Queen Makeda
She came from Ethiopia in Africa,
The motherland,
She went to Jerusalem and fell in love with Solomon,
And later gave birth to Menelik l
The fore, fore father of Tafari Makonnen, Yes Haile Selassie l,
If you don’t believe me ask the Ratafarians.
You need to know the rest,
Everything began in blackness
