Soups and Salads

  House Salad—A delicious blend of garden greens, including romaine lettuce, shaved carrots, green sprint onions, tomatoes, and choice of dressings. Dressings include house (raspberry vinaigrette), French, fat-free ranch, and fat-free honey mustard. $2.95 a la carte or $.95 with entrée.

  Spicy Chinese Chicken and Rice Salad—Hot oriental seasoned chicken is served with ginger, jalapeno peppers, and onions over rice for a unique taste. $4.95 a la carte or $1.95 with entrée.

  Summer Minestrone with Pesto—A traditional Italian favorite served chilled and topped with pesto. $2.95 a la carte or $.95 with entrée.

  White Bean Soup with Rosemary and Parmesan—A popular dish in the Tuscany region of northern Italy. This hearty soup is a meal in itself. $2.95 a la carte or $.95 with entrée.
