...poem
Here is a poem written by Tracey. It is her first poem, and it is about Andrew Llyod Webber. If you would like to contact Tracey, you may do so on my forum, which she so kindly posts on, or you may e-mail her.
His name is Andrew.
He wrote the music to some of the most famous musicals.
England is his home land.
He was born in 1948.
He grew up enjoying the musical South Pacific.
But lets go backwards for a moment.
His Father was a college professer.
His Mother was a piano teacher.
A younger brother has he.
His name is Jullian.
Whats his last name, you ask?
Lloyd Webber, I say.
They both grew up on musical instruments.
Andrew played three instruments.
What were they, you ask?
I tell you the piano, French Horn, and the Violin.
Jullian plays the Cello. And verry well, too, I might add.
Now, back to Andrew.
He is so incredibly talented.
He has a really special way of writing music.
He grabs peoples attention with everything he writes.
He is most famous for writing music for a book of poems, written by T.S.Eliot.
What is the name of that show, you ask?
*Cats,*I say.
He has certinly made a name for himself.
I only hope I can do the same with my life.
