This is the website of the flutist Claudio Marinone, where you'll find some information about his artistic life: the biography, the repertoire, the press reviews.

The trio called “Trio MusicaRicercata” is made up of Claudio Marinone (Flute), Alessandro Andriani (cello) and Claudia Bracco (piano), and has performed many concerts both as soloists and in chamber formations both in Italy and abroad. On completing his studies at the “G.Verdi” State Conservatoire of Turin,(M° U.Rosso), he passed the entrance exams to the Conservatorire National Superieur de Musique in Paris, where he gained diplomas in the flute and chamber music under the guidance of maestros A.Marion, R.Guiot, C.Lardé, and M.Bourgue. He also obtained a diploma from the International Music Academy of Novara (maestro G.Cambursano) and the Higher Musical Perfection School of Saluzzo, where he specialized with maestros M.Larrieu, A. Persichilli, J.P. Rampal, M. Conti and M.Morini. He has participated in the International Caltanissetta Competition (member of the International Competition Federation of Geneva), in which he was awarded third place, as well as many other national and international competitions, for solo instrument playing and chamber music, and has acquired four first places, 3 second places and 5 third places. He has played as first flute with the Orchestra of the Scala Theatre of Milan, in the Italian premiere of the “La Station Thermale” by F.Vacchi, and has also played with the Orchestra of Britanny (Rennes), the “G.Verdi” orchestra of Milan, and with the Cantelli orchestra of Milan as well as the Classical Milan Orchestra. He has participated in the International Festivals of Contemporary Music of Karlsruhe (Germany), Alicante (Spain) and of Turin, and with the Entretemps Ensemble, and in the Festival Danse of Chateauvallon (France). He has given concerts both as a soloist and in various groups, at the Grand Auditorium of the Sorbonne in Paris (France), at the Festival of Flanders of Antwerp (Belgium), and the Ghislieri Institute of Pavia, at the Borsa Theatre in Novara, at the “G.Verdi” hall of the Milan Conservatoire, and at the “Nuovo Teatro Piccolo”, at the Music Festival of Tarquinia, at the “Cancelleria Vaticana” of Roma, at the “BAM Majestic Theater” of New York and at the Roman Aquarium in Rome, during the International Flute symposium, as well as in a host of other Italian and foreign venues. He has played in concerts with A.Brussilovsky, E.Torbianelli, A.Carbonare, S.Saracino, C.Bracco, R.Low, T.Appel, and forms part of the “Trio MusicaRicercata”. He holds the chair of Flute studies at the “V.Bellini” State musical Conservatoire of Palermo.
