MERRYMEETING COMMUNITY PLAYERS

Meeting called to order aroud 2:45 P.M.

Present: Lennie Eichman, Henry Eichman, Andrew Stewart, Carol Briggs, Pam Tondreau, Leah Tondreau

Discussion was limited to use of the Home fund to support existing projects. The subject has been raised because both of the current productions have yet to secure sponsorship. (Both production teams are still working on it.) It was also pointed out that we our time resources as well as our fiscal resources are overextended. At a future meeting we will have to revisit the season slate with a complete listing of all our potential commitments including; major shows, dinner theaters, fair appearances, community service events along with the associated budgets. For the time being, a motion was passed to use the resources of the Home fund, if required to complete the obligations of the two current productions.
