My first costume commission was Reeza's video-styled Jemima. I made her tail and wig. I used the same method for the wig as in 'Balurina One', meaning a fur-hoodie mask. The tail was made from Benet yarn (in white, grey, brown and black) stripped of its thread.
The tail was first a very thick grey braid with a thinner braid at the bottom. The black and white tuft was attached to the smaller braid, using the basic tail method. The rest of the tail was made by roping several styles and colours (shades of grey, white and brown) around the original grey braid, then slipping tufted bits of yarn through it. The tail was very light and pretty authentic when it was finished.
