What's a Jellicle Cat?

Here is my opinion: I think a Jellicle Cat is any domesticated, small average cat. They can be from anywhere around the world, and they can be stray or in homes. They are any color, and come in many breeds. (ex: GUMBY...TABBY) But they have magical and mystical powers, unlike different, bigger, undomesticated cats.
