One of my latest projects has been to make some special pegboard hooks for my friend, Denali, to display her PEZ dispenser collection. Needing to make dozens of the hooks made it worthwhile to make jigs to aid in accurate and rapid production.

The components
The cut-off jig
Hook in jig
Holding hook in vise with jig for cutting
Jig for sawing slot in pegboard hook
Jigs for bending wire
After bending the wire, a section in the middle of the "U" was hammered flat so it would fit in the saw slot in the pegboard hook.  After slipping the flattened section of the "U" in the slot, the slot was pinched shut with pliers.
